Event Rules & Guidelines

These rules apply to everyone attending our shows, including vendors and staff, so please be sure you have carefully reviewed them.

1. All attendees are expected to act professionally. Any individual displaying inappropriate behavior (angry outbursts, verbal threats, physical violence, etc.) may be asked to leave the show immediately.

2. Pets are not allowed. Please leave them at home. This is for the safety of your animals and our vendors.

3. Only ADA defined service animals are allowed into our show venues, per local ordinances. Service animals must remain under their handlers' control at all times.

Show staff may only ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.

4. Only paid vendors/dealers are allowed to sell/trade or display animals/merchandise during show hours in the venue building. No sales or transactions are to be conducted in the parking lot or anywhere else on the venue property.

5. Once a "sold" animal leaves the building, it cannot be brought back inside. Vendors can be asked to "hold" animals for the buyer behind their table if the buyer needs to leave the building temporarily.

6. If you wish to touch or hold an animal on a table, please ask the vendor for permission first. Do keep in mind that some vendors may not allow you to handle their animals unless you are a serious buyer. This is to protect the animals, not you.

7. Please report any item you have lost or are missing and leave us your contact information. We will do our best to keep an eye out for it and recover it for you!

8. The following should be brought to the attention of the show staff, if it occurs:

- Missing or lost children (immediately, so we can take action right away!)

- Any found items, including escaped/loose animals

- Any theft from vendors or guests

- Any concerns for the safety/well-being of any animal, vendor, or guest

- Any other questions or concerns while at the show

9. Medusa's Market and any of our show venues cannot control or be held liable for any of the following:

- Damages, theft or injuries.

- For lost, stolen, or missing items, purchases, or inventory.

- Vendor prices, payment options, or any part of their sales/refund policies.

- Force or coerce a vendor to "honor" a price or deal they may have discussed, advertised, or offered previously.

- Offer discounted, free, or validated parking at any venues where there is a charge for parking.

- Dictate arrival, setup, selling or departure time of vendors.

- Override, alter, or break venue rules.

Show and venue staff also reserve the right to remove anyone that is in violation of these rules.

Due to potential misinterpretation of the rules and other unforeseen circumstances, they reserve the right to remove any animal or any attendee for any reason.
